Improving people and performance has become my speciality building upon my unique mindfulness techniques to inspire teams for enhanced performance.  I create thought provoking, imaginative and engaging staff training and development programmes building upon my 20 years as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Yoga teacher, Mindfulness Practitioner and Author.
