Join a special journey learning the art of mindfulness through the body and mind. In the relaxing Spa de Sal tranquility, we will remove the tension in your body, allow your mind to rest and relax. With body and mind in harmony your body can heal, worries and sadness can be lifted, enabling open space for new ideas and inner healing.
Experience the benefits of this unique tranquil salt spa room, breath in the cleansing air with this special workshop to energize, replenish and invigorate your body and mind after the dark days of winter.
Feel the salt under your feet, the beautiful purifying salt spray air and the silence of the space to enjoy this workshop. The course runs on Wednesdays 7-8pm for 8 weeks with only 8 spaces available.
