Rebecca Jane has carved out a unique perspective in reaching out to those searching to uncover life’s possibilities. She specialises in working with people to tackle anxiety, depression, relationships issues and enrich their lives.

Where did this all come from?

She says “In my early years I had an insatiable curiosity for understanding human psychology which stemmed from a deep desire to achieve their full potential”

As the years progressed my interest turned into an obsession, searching for the answers to “why people get depressed?” ” what makes people happy?”, ” do we need to live a life in fear?”, “is there such a thing as inner peace?”

Struggling much of my life with anxiety, bouts of depression, and weight issues. All the mainstream therapy techniques were helpful, though there was a missing piece to the puzzle.

My perspective rapidly changed when I discovered yoga and meditation. After attending my first yoga class, something had shifted in me. Interestingly my journey to healing and change in my life started at that point.

As I qualified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor, my work as a psychotherapist became almost transformational. I had found a unique approach to helping others. I continue to use traditional forms of therapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Psychodynamic as tools, but with an extra Mind-Body complement.
